This building employs a security system utilizing multi-layered personal identification.
*The number of security layers differs depending on the time of the day and the route taken.
Although the building itself is equipped with various security measures, it is important that an appropriate and speedy response occurs in case of emergency. This building is managed 24 hours a day/365 days a year, including individual monitoring systems for fire, gas leaks, crime and false alarms caused by potentially malfunctioning facility equipment in the common areas. In the event of an emergency, the security staff stationed in this building will quickly rush to the site, and based on Mori Building's area management principles, expert staff in charge of the Roppongi area will arrive and work to ensure a speedy response.

Security Backup Features In Case of Emergency
Emergency Power Generator
An emergency power generator is located inside the building. Even if the power supply stops in the event of an emergency, the emergency power generator will supply power for about 33 hours using heavy oil, which is stored in the building, to operate the elevators, emergency power outlets, and emergency lights.
Emergency Storage Area
In emergencies, the amount of water and food necessary for a period of approximately 3 days for the estimated number of tenants is stored in the emergency storage area.
